ArtsGreensboro President & CEO Thomas Philion announced today that Pauline Vail has assumed the part-time position role of Executive Assistant, beginning March 29.
In her new role as Executive Assistant at ArtsGreensboro, Ms. Vail will provide administrative support to the President & CEO, support the ArtsGreensboro Board of Directors, serve as ArtsGreensboro representative at meetings with external stakeholders and take minutes, and perform other administrative tasks in the office.
Ms. Vail’s professional experience includes serving as project manager for the Evaluation Center team at the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as supporting the senior leadership team in the Research, Innovation and Product Development Group at the CCL. Prior to the CCL, Ms. Vail was the Executive Assistant to the Chancellor at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University where she served as the liaison between the Future Planning and Resources Council and stakeholders, in addition to managing her administrative duties.
Her most recent role was Executive Assistant to the Jaguar/Land Rover brand manager at Flow Automotive Center in Greensboro.
