The Titan Civic Band is a FREE community ensemble directed by Dr. Lawrence Spell that will begin meeting at the High Point Arts Council this Fall. Musicians of all ages are welcome. Whether you’re in high school, a seasoned pro, or returning to your instrument after some time off, we want to hear from you!
