About Monthly Arts Meetings

On the second Tuesday of every month, ArtsGreensboro provides a place at the table for artists and arts organizations who are making a difference every day. These meetings provide opportunities for our arts community and other stakeholders to discover common ground, develop partnerships, and nurture collaborations that can impact all of Greensboro’s 165 neighborhoods. The atmosphere is one of open-dialogue, discussion, support, and action. To accommodate a variety of schedules, meetings take place at various arts and culture locations alternating starting times each month at 8:30am and 5:30pm.

All are welcome!

To be included in meeting reminders and location details, topic discussions, and meeting notes, please fill out the following form. If you are interested in offering your space for a future meeting, please include that in the form notes.

Monthly Arts Meetings RSVP and Topic Proposal

  • One of my primary goals as President and CEO at ArtsGreensboro is to open my doors to artists and arts leaders from across our community.

Monthly Arts Meeting are opportunities for us to talk together about programming, collaboration opportunities, challenges, insights, etc. The Arts Meetings are intended to keep the lines of communication open, facilitate collaborations, and provide networking opportunities.

The monthly meetings will be scheduled on the SECOND TUESDAY EACH MONTH AT 8:30 AM on even number months and 5:30PM on odd months (see below.) Locations will change each month, so make sure you look for emails from me each month with location. To be respectful of everyone’s time, it is our goal to keep the meetings to one hour.

Please fill out the Arts Meeting Agenda Form below with the following information: 1. Your name, email and organization 2. Date of meeting you are attending 3. Proposed agenda item

About Peer To Peer Conversations

From time to time, it is crucial to reach out to someone to get advice, run ideas by, have a conversation that is hard to do within your own network of peers. We hope, through a Peer to Peer informal network, you will find another in our community to have conversations with, find inspiration, and inspire another. It is not strictly speaking a mentorship program, but mentoring may happen. This is not hierarchical, it is collaborative and collegial. We hope you will participate!
