Intermediate Drawing Class

Basic drawing skills are required. In Intermediate Drawing we work from still life to further basic skills. Students continue to advance their understanding of perspective and modeling form with line and shading (value). Design and composition are introduced. Accurate depiction is emphasized. Basic supplies will be provided during class. Feel free to bring your own.

Materials:
Drawing board for 18×24 in paper.
Paper, newsprint 18 x 24.
Compressed charcoal.
Vine charcoal.
Conte crayon, black.
Graphite pencils 6-b.
Erasers, pink pearl or comparable.
Utility knife
Sand paper for shaping pencils and cleaning erasers.
