The following information will be required from the Building Manager (Roach Reality) if your application is approved: Social Security Number, Driver's License Number and State, and Monthly Income with Verification. The applicant permits ArtsGreensboro or its Agent Roach Realty to investigate the information supplied on this application, and full disclosure of pertinent facts may be made to the Landlord. The applicant understands that the approval process will include a review of credit history and criminal background check. Furthermore, by submitting this application, the applicant declares that the information provided is true and correct. False statements or information may result in the rejection of this and future applications for properties managed by the SAC Building Manager, Roach Realty, Inc.
