The Shared Services Program offers provide accounting, fiscal management, and HR services to arts organizations in and around Greater Greensboro to better position them for sustainable, mission-driven planning.

There’s a difference between working on a business and working in a business. Many arts organizations have limited staff capacity. Through Shared Services, we help them leverage their staff resources to do what matters most to their organization.

How it Works

We offer a long-term solution to arts organizations that need administrative services in a cost-effective structure.

For $50 per hour, we provide accounting services to small and emerging arts organizations. These services include:

Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Monthly bank reconciliations
Cash flow analysis
Budget development and tracking
Audit + 990 preparation
HR services
